Featuring Susan Page Davis

FEATURED BOOK: Seven Brides for Seven Texans
AUTHORS: Erica Vetsch, Amanda Barratt, Susan Page Davis, Keli Gwyn, Vickie McDonough, Gabrielle Meyer, Lorna Seilstad

IT IS MY PLEASURE TO WELCOME AUTHOR SUSAN PAGE DAVIS who shares a bit about her novella, one of the seven stories in the above collection.

ALSO, SUSAN IS OFFERING A PRINT COPY OF SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN TEXANS. JUST LEAVE A COMMENT BELOW TO BE ENTERED.

Synopsis for Seven Brides for Seven Texans Collection:

Meet the seven Hart brothers of the 7-Heart ranch in central Texas. Each man is content in his independent life, without the responsibilities of a wife and children—until their father decides 1874 will be the year his grown sons finally marry, or they will be cut from his will. How will each man who values his freedom respond to the ultimatum? Can love develop on a timeline, or will it be sacrificed for the sake of an inheritance?

In Susan’s novella, For Love or Money, you’ll meet Jane and Crockett: Burned out of their house, Jane and her family move into a cave, where she discovers some hidden money. Crockett Hart comes to help them rebuild, and she asks for his help. When he learns where the money came from, he hopes it won’t keep their two families apart, because he’s falling for Jane.

  1. Peg here . . Susan is having problems with the Captcha and asked me to post this comment for her:

Peg, it's great to be here again. Thanks for inviting me!
To which I reply, my pleasure, Susan!

Now, is anyone else having problems with that "prove you're not a robot" box? If yes, PLEASE let me know.

  2. This sounds like a good book. Thanks for the chance to win!

In general, I've found that you don't need to even reply to the "robot" question and responses still post. I guess I'll see when I hit "publish."

  3. It didn't give me any problem, and I didn't even click the boxy to verify that I wasn't a robot.

  9. Leslie, I find it interesting about getting to leave a comment without checking the robot box! I thought it was a mandatory precaution to prevent hackers and spammers from getting through. I think I need to look into that. Thanks for that information.

  12. Testing something...I'll delete after I find out something regarding that 'robot box' thing-y

  13. Forgive me yet again...I think I solved the problem. It had to do with the "pop-up" comment window. I changed the comment option to "embedded" and now I think it'll be more user friendly.
Anyone care to give it a try?
